Restaurant Tony de Luca at The Oban Inn.
Chef de Luca is widely regarded as a pioneer of regional wine
country cuisine. Previously, as founding Executive Chef at
Hillebrand Winery Restaurant, Tony was instrumental in
establishing their reputation of success and excellence in the
winery restaurant industry. He is the only regional chef to earn

the year – from the Shaw Film Festival in the winter months to
