Historic Benmiller Inn & Spa provides a meeting and conference environment well insulated from urban life. Sheltered in a serene wooded valley, the inn's six buildings-an historic village undisturbed by time-stand among the trees along the banks of bubbling Sharpe's Creek and the broad Maitland River. The buildings house a variety of accommodation styles, meeting spaces and recreational facilities. Benmiller Inn's meeting coordinator is particularly expert at using Huron County's numerous attractions and events to arrange interesting group activities.
The careful restoration of mills and mill owners' homes reflects a genuine commitment to "accommodating the past and the present." At the heart of the hamlet is Woollen Mill, erected in 1877 to produce the Benmiller blankets that made this a bustling enterprise. The complex includes gracious Gledhill House (1906); River Mill, a converted grist mill; Mill House, Sharpe's Retreat and the Hollow.

Benmiller Inn has four meeting rooms located in several buildings; each building and room has its own unique character. The largest, the
Hollow, can accommodate up to 60 people, theatre style. Mill House has two large suites with river views that are well suited to corporate entertaining. And Sharpe's Retreat is a complete executive retreat, with small private boardroom, kitchen, living room and bedrooms.
