Our inn's magnificent decor—Victorian Chinoiserie—features black lacquered screens, exotic antiques and accents. Rich shades of burgundy and bottle green contrast with white woodwork. Each of our eight rooms is named after one of our favourite of the Thousand Islands, and is individually appointed. Some rooms have thick Indian rugs and claw footed tubs, and several have views over the gardens. Our secluded Prince Regent Suite has exposed limestone walls, a wet bar and separate sitting area—ideal for private entertaining. The suite's bathroom has a double whirlpool. Gananoque's original limestone jail, located next door, is now part of Trinity House, and is a self-contained apartment for up to four persons. The original tin ceilings remain, although our improvements include modern furnishings and a bright ambiance. There is plenty of space—living room, dining room, kitchen and private balcony.

The inn has two dining rooms, including a glassed-in verandah with a fountain, and a sun terrace situated amidst verdant gardens.
Our dining room tempts your palate with interesting twists to familiar themes. The emphasis is placed on both the garnishing and presentation of good-sized portions of fresh, healthy food at reasonable prices. We make our own baked goods and preserves, and much of our produce is organically grown. Our wine list is carefully selected from estate offering of limited vintages.
