Prince Edward Country is renowned for its unspoiled countryside, historic villages, broad white beaches and genuine hospitality. The Waring House Inn's meeting and conference facilities are at the heart of this landscape, segregated from urban life and yet well supplied with contemporary business facilities. Meeting space includes the Waring Hall, which seats up to 200 people, as well as several other heritage rooms suitable for smaller groups. The Waring House will appeal to meeting groups who desire a tranquil setting within a convenient drive from Toronto, Montreal, Kingston and New York State.
The Waring House is a lovingly restored and renovated nineteenth-century farmstead that includes 49 guest rooms, meeting spaces, two dining rooms, a popular pub with evening entertainment, and hands-on cookery classes. All spaces are decorated with antiques and accents that create a true "old Ontario" atmosphere.
The Waring House Inn has four separate meeting spaces. The Garden Dining Room has large windows over looking the gardens and vineyard; this room can be divided into two smaller rooms. The Prince Edward Room has a more formal decor with a fireplace.
The Waring Hall, adjacent to the main house, is suitable for conferences or banquets for up to 200 people. The service kitchen serves as the inn's cookery school and is equipped with individual workstations for cooking workshops. The House Next Door is a board & batten Ontario farmhouse restored to include guest rooms and a living room for informal meetings.

Prince Edward County appears custom designed for back road explorations. Picton and surrounding villages, such as Wellington, Bloomfield and Cherry Valley, have picturesque main streets with scores of art galleries, artisan studios and antique shops. Because this is United Empire Loyalist country, there are many local history museums and pioneer villages worth visiting. Picton, the regal county seat, is home to the Regent Theatre, a beautifully restored facility that hosts live theatre year-round. The Millennium Trail passes close to the Waring House and is popular for walking and jogging.
Sandbanks Provincial Park is visited for its sparkling white beaches and sand dunes (the largest freshwater dunes in the world), and is known for excellent windsurfing conditions. Farther from shore, scuba divers visit sunken shipwrecks and sailors play with the active Great Lakes winds.
